If the panels are installed on a painted surface, it is necessary to take into account that during dismantling the paint layer may peel off from the wall. This is due to the fact that the adhesion of liquid nails or foam glue is stronger than the bond of some paints to the wall base.

If the paint is old, of poor quality or poorly adhered to the wall, it is recommended to remove it in advance or treat the surface to obtain a stronger base.
